Eric Killian has been working in real estate and construction around Cedar Creek Lake and the Dallas area for more than two decades.

He grew up building homes with his father and later began buying and renovating properties himself before becoming a licensed Realtor in 2009 with Coldwell Banker American Dream Realty.

Eric brings a practical, straightforward approach to real estate. His focus is simple: clear communication, realistic strategy, and getting clients successfully to the closing table.

Before entering real estate full time, Eric served in the United States Marine Corps and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

He later earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Criswell College in Dallas and spent time studying and working in Israel, including archaeological work at Qumran, the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered.

Eric serves clients throughout the Dallas Metroplex and the Cedar Creek Lake area.
